Almond Chicken Loaf
Description
There are various proven benefits of almonds in our daily life. It is the best natural fat burning food. Therefore it is used for losing weight naturally as it has good fiber content. Munching of almonds instead of some unhealthy snacks helps in reducing excess fat accumulated around your waist.
Ingredients
5 hard boiled eggs
¾ c. almonds
Methods/steps
Boil chicken breasts. Put meat through smallest meat grinder. Chop almonds and grate eggs. season with salt and pepper and enough mayonnaise to hold it together. Rinse loaf pan in cold water; shake water out but do not dry. Put chicken mixture in loaf pan and chill overnight. Run spatula around edges to remove from pan. Serve on plate with crackers.
