Cape cod Chicken Pitas

1 slice deli chicken, cut 3/4" thick
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup sliced blanched almonds
2 green onions, chopped
8 small pitas
1/2 cup Craisins, coarsely chopped

Methods/steps

1) Cut the chicken into cubes.
(2) In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, dressing, almonds, Craisins and green onions. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
(3) TO SERVE---Cut open each pita 1" from the top. Spoon a 1/2 cup chicken mixture into each, then serve.
MAKES 8 PITAS..
