Pastry for 2-crust pie
6 egg yolks
3 tbsp soft butter
2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1 ½ c. grated Swiss cheese
2 ( 4 ½ oz. each ) potted chicken

Methods/steps
Roll crust to fit a 12 inch round shallow pizza pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Blend eggs, butter, and sour cream in top of double boiler, then stir in flour, then stir in flour and seasoning . Cook over boiling water until quite thick. Add Swiss cheese, blend well, cook just until cheese is melted. Cool thoroughly. Spread potted chicken on baked shell, then spread cheese mixture over top. Cover with protective film and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving cut into twenty-four wedges and garnish watercress, radishes, olives, cherry tomatoes, pickled fan, or cucumbers.
