Easy Crunchy Chicken Wraps

Description

Studies on canavanine, an amino acid analog in alfalfa, has demonstrated benefit for pancreatic, colon and leukemia cancers. Plant estrogens are also abundant in sprouts. They increase bone formation and density and prevent bone breakdown or osteoporosis. They are also helpful in controlling hot flashes, menopause, PMS and fibrocystic breasts tumors.

4 flour tortillas
1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
4 lettuce leaves
¾ cup alfalfa sprouts
½ cup water chestnuts
Low fat creamy Italian dressing
4 tsp chopped peanuts

Methods/steps

Microwave tortilla’s in microwave for 10 seconds. In a bowl combine chicken tenders, alfalfa sprouts, sliced water chestnuts, and low fat creamy Italian dressing. Sprinkle each tortilla with 1tsp chopped nuts, place lettuce leaf on tortilla, top with chicken mixture , and roll.
