SHALOM YEHUDA'S CRUNCHY SESAME CHICKEN

Description

Sesame seeds contain sesamin and sesamolin, substances that is believed to prevent high blood pressure and protect the liver against damage.

1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. Asian sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
4  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (nice sized pieces)
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. margarine

Methods/steps



Mix sesame seeds and flour.
Beat egg white with sesame oil and salt.
Dip chicken breasts into egg white, letting excess drip off, coat with sesame seed mixture. 
Heat oil and margarine in 12" nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
